Boys…boys…boys… Sweet boys!
Earlier this winter…on a cold winter’s day…these boys came to my house, warmed up by the fire…and then we sent them outside. Thanks for braving the chilly temperature guys!!!
We were really lucky with the pictures, because we really didn’t have many snow days this winter. They happened to come right after some nice snowfall…and…voilà…sweetness meet white!
Here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!
Just a few days ago we had our first snowstorm this winter. We were all excited for a new chance to play in the snow. Besides all the fun things we are planning on doing in and on the snow…what an amazing sight!!! We went to Caledonia for their Winter Wonderland parade…I felt just like a little kid…the snow just kept on falling…with flakes almost as large as snowballs (well, not quite, but it sounded good)…we got our boots and snow gear out and just enjoyed!
Another really nice thing about having snow…it just get’s you in that Christmas spirit! I will be baking gingerbread cookies this week, maybe some lefse and krumkaker as well. Mmm…it feels like Christmas!
I have also been busy making Christmas cards…for my clients. Don’t expect any cards until after Christmas from our family. : )
Here are some of the cards I have been working on this year. Enjoy!
It was practically the very last day of our beautiful fall weather. The sun was soft and going down, fast.
These four handsome boys were really really great! The three oldest modeled for me while also trying to help me get the youngest one to be a part of it all. All he wanted to do was run and play.
I caught a glimpse of Kolton peeking at his brothers one time, closing his eyes and giving me the biggest cheeser ever. It was hilarious!
We quickly ran out of sunshine, but still got a last few sweet shots with some background lighting around the boys.
Here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!
These kids are just fun fun fun to work with! Of course the latest addition to the family, Hadley, is a heartbreaker. She totally pulls off the cute and the attitude…
Here they are…in the latest addition of products that I offer…the MINI BOOKS. These are wallet size…and fits perfectly in even a smaller purse. The covers are magnetic, so they stick together. There is also an option to add a clear cover to store them in.
Earlier this fall I did pictures of two sweet brothers; Jackson and Jacoby. When I pulled up I had envisioned them sitting in front of the house…did a bunch of pictures…and by the time we got around to my idea…the boys were done. I came back to get just that one shot and think it turned out super sweet. It ended up on the Christmas card I made for the family. I will show some cards in my next post.
The house picture and another favorite were both worked to look a little more artsy. I can’t wait to see how the second one will look on the wall!
Enjoy!
What a beautiful day for a walk on the bluffs of rural south-east Minnesota! This fun family went everywhere I asked. The boys wanted to do more exploring than posing, but once we found the apple trees they were very happy. It was wild how all the trees seemed to have different kinds of apples. The bright red ones were my amazing. Here are some of my favorites.
What a beautiful day for this outdoors wedding at Macal Golf Course! After the ceremony on the tea-off for hole one the bridal party took a great blue bus to Spring Grove because of a detour. After a quick water break they went on to Eitzen and the newly remodeled community center. Check out some of the images below.
