I really wanted to add this slideshow from their amazing day at Berwood Hill Inn, between Preston and Lanesboro, MN.
Enjoy!
This amazing couple just got married! Thank you soooooo much for inviting me to share this sweet day with you!!!
Berwood Hills Inn is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast a little south of Lanesboro, Minnesota. It has a beautiful lawn area, just perfect for a garden wedding. The inside of the house would be sweet to get detailed pictures of, it is just beautiful. I’ll leave that for another day.
The afternoon was filled with joy, smiles, laughs…even a few tears. It was simply a breathtaking event. Lots of wishes of continued happiness…forever and ever.
Here are some of my favorite shots. Enjoy!
What a fun couple! What a sweet wedding! What a beautiful day! I truly feel honored to have been a part of this very special day for Natasha and Joey! Everyone were so nice, friendly and helpful. We got the “show” (meaning group photography) on the road right on time. We even got done ahead of schedule! Everyone seemed truly happy. What a fun day to be me!!!
Congratulations you two…what a wonderful couple!
Here is a little taste of their day! Enjoy!
Her bouquet was beautiful!
The dress sparkled like someone had thrown diamonds at it during the ceremony…
Simple and sweet shoes…

Meeting for the first time on their wedding day…
…and taking it all in…
The morning was slightly overcast, which we took full advantage of…
I was actually laying on my back to capture the couple and the whole church…

A quick stop by a cool mural in Caledonia…
I couldn’t resist…I had to capture the two of them in the phonebooth…
Walking along main street…
…watching the sunset…
…and finally, the first dance…
Friday morning looked gloomy and grey. I checked the weather forecase, which predicted more clouds and possibly rain. Oh well, I thought…you take what you get and make the best of it. Right before I left my one daughter looked at me and stated that the weather was going to be sunny and super ALL DAY. Thanks sweetie, I told her, thinking what a positive mind she had. As I drove to the Winnebago Valley Park, where the shoot would be, I could see blue skies to the north and…was I just imagining this or were the clouds going away…? By the time I got to the park the clouds were almost gone. Amazing!!!
I met Natasha last year when she and her mother came to visit me and see me and my work. Now I got to meet Joey. I think Joey smiled and made jokes the whole time. What a fun couple! What a treat! Later this summer I get to shoot their wedding as well. I’m very excited!
Here are some of my favorites. Enjoy!
Wildcat Landing, Brownsville MN – June 3rd
The day started out cold and rainy and I thought I would have to re-schedule my engagement session with Amy and Eric. The rain stopped, it was a bit breezy, but not cold. Amy and Eric were game and so we headed down to Wildcat landing in Brownsville, a place they often spend their time together. The nice thing about the cool weather was that it was practically empty. Here are some favorites. Enjoy!
