Time flies like crazy! This handsome young man is already in College. I had so much fun getting some shots of him at his grandparents’ farm. Thanks for going all over the place! You were awesome!

Here are some of my favorite shots. Enjoy!

Thank you so much for letting me do your senior photos! What a handsome young man!

I had such a blast with you and your mom! Also, thanks for putting up with me and my…just one more over here.

We used the nice backgrounds that the city provided for us. Love using rough and rusty things I find along the way! We also headed down to a pond and a barn below my house. Turned out pretty cool!

Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

We did photos around Kelley’s house and downtown Lanesboro. Man did we hit the jackpot! Lots of great spots for shooting! Thanks Gayle for bringing clothes and just being fun!

Check out the phonebooth they suggested! Totally awesome! Not too many of those left.

Also, fun seniors to work with!!! Love this stuff! Here are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Telling a story from a very special day.
Here are images from the Wedding Album for Abby & Dexter.

Silk cover

The itty bitty book. 4×4 inches! Very sweet gift to give away!

It is always!!! so exciting to get a wedding album back from Italy. Love those books!!! This one came back quite a while ago, but I am finally posting images.

The wedding was set at the beautiful Berwood Hill In, bed & breakfast in Lanesboro. So far I have done two weddings there. Love it!

Here are some of my favorite spreads. Enjoy!

Outside it is a very typical early spring day…pouring rain, thunder and lighting. Then there is the cheer-you-up ANYTIME plant in our kitchen. I totally LOVE orchids and their beautiful design.

Let’s not forget the hot pink one’s that have been blooming for me since…hm…a very long time now. Just when the blooms would fall off…another shoot would start and pretty soon…more beautifulness in the kitchen.

Here is a shot to brighten your day! Enjoy!

I was so excited when Ashley called to ask if I would do her senior photos. She is such a sweetie and has this amazing light and happy attitude about everything.

We drove around town. The fact that the only place to change clothes was in or next to my van was no big deal. What a sport!

I think we got some really fun images of this super sweet young woman! Enjoy!

When Rachel and David asked me to photograph their wedding I knew I was in for a treat. The fact is…it was so much sweeter and from the heart than I could have imagined. Their true love was just pasted on their outsides…for all of us to touch and feel. It was simply amazing!

The wedding and reception both took place in the Steyer Opera House at the Hotel Winneshiek in Decorah, Iowa. The ceremony itself was held on the stage. There were many things that made this such a special ceremony. First of all the pastor, Christine, was a class mate of David’s. Not only was she original, funny and sincere…she was also one of those special people that realized the wedding was not about her. Therefore, the couple was facing family and friends, as supposed to the traditional…backside view. A small thing, I know, but one of those details that made the whole thing special.

Here are some of the images from their wedding. Enjoy!

PHOTOVISION

Just came across these images that I took a few years ago. It was before my blogging days, but I think they turned out so fun that I want to share them.

The location is Lake City. Boy did we have fun!

I have to admit I was actually a little scared when we were shooting on this old train. A looooong freight train came through, we were in the middle of a bunch of tracks and stayed there. The train blew the whistle, the ground shook and it was very uncomfortable being just one track away from such a massive machine. Needless to say, everything went well, but we were all just a little shaken afterward. However…would I do it again…most definitely!!!

Check out the images of this sweet girl! Enjoy
